On Sunday, 17 September, the annual symposium for customers and interested parties of Helen Pietrulla Kosmetika GmbH took place in the Hotel Qube above the rooftops of Heidelberg.
After the greeting of the participants and the team by Mr. Olaf Pietrulla, owner and managing director of the traditional company, Mrs. Ursula Plötz-Schaffrath from Mönchengladbach was honoured for her loyalty over a period of 25 years. Afterwards Mrs. Ulrike Sander, head cosmetician and authorized signatory in the company, presented the innovative active substances and active complexes of the exellance series in detail, among others Vin-upLift, Schneealge, Q10, pomegranate seed oil, argan oil, shea butter and others. Herbert Pietrulla then talked about factors which influence the permeability of the active ingredients into the skin, how the W/O and O/W emulsions differ in modern cosmetic products and which substances are contained in the exellance. After the lunch break Ingrid M. Breyer, student of Helen Pietrulla and friend of the Pietrulla family, spoke about sales, sales psychology, communication and how the customer in the institute is motivated to buy his care from the expert. Customers and employees could take home a lot of new information and motivation for their daily work and their customers.
